Your data is stored securely on the Base44 platform, which uses industry-standard encryption and access controls. Only authorised personnel (the business owner) have access to your personal data. We do not use any third-party location or mapping services to process your delivery address — delivery fees are calculated using a fixed, suburb-based pricing structure stored securely within our system.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Paystack – to process payments securely (subject to their own privacy policy)
• Where required by South African law

We retain your order and personal data for a period of 5 years in line with general South African tax and record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
